Who is party to the purchase contract?
The contract is concluded directly between the two tiers: barbershop and supplier, supplier and wholesaler, wholesaler and manufacturer. The platform connects, documents and shows prices – payment is handled outside the platform as usual.
As a barbershop, do I see all prices right away?
Net prices become visible once a supplier has approved your access. You find suppliers via their ID or an invitation link.
Can I order from several suppliers at once?
Yes. The catalog shows all approved suppliers side by side. At checkout, a separate order is created per supplier.
How are suppliers, wholesalers and manufacturers approved?
New supplier, wholesaler and manufacturer accounts are reviewed by the platform team. You can prepare your profile in the meantime; offers and price lists go live after approval. Access to the price list of the tier above is granted by that tier itself – suppliers by wholesalers, wholesalers by manufacturers.
Are my contact details shared?
No. Messages run through the platform; phone numbers and email addresses are masked in chat.
